Complete machine repair services: All types of machine repair and troubleshooting. From complete machine rebuilds to shear blade replacment. No job too large or too small. 

Parts: I can offer substantial discounts on original replacement parts for your machine. Some of the items offered include:

  • Electrical components
  • Pneumatic components
  • Bearings, pulleys, and v-belts
  • Conveyor belts: Numerous styles and sizes available with either an endless splice or our new Flexible Pinned Lacing.

I have installed over 400 wide belt sanding machines and provided training on proper operations, safety, maintenance, and optimization on this type of equipment.

Annual service plans:

Yearly visits can include a variety of services including cleaning, lubrication, repairs, and retraining.

Consulting services:

I can provide a non-biased evaluation as to the type of machinery needed for your application. I can recommend the machine configuration and work with you through the sales process to ensure that you are getting the right machine for the job.
