Steelmaster Model# – 3KBB9W wet, 3 head finishing and deburring machine.
New in 2001. Serviced by the original installer FESCO in 2014.
First head: New contact drum and bearings: 40 durometer, 2 speed, with independent height adjustment. New tension roller bearings and seals.
Second head: 8” diameter stainless steel barrel brush with selectable brush oscillation (clockwise rotation). Independent height adjustment.
Third head: 8” diameter stainless steel barrel brush with selectable brush oscillation (clockwise and counter clockwise rotation). Independent height adjustment.
Conveyor belt: Variable speed (2.5-13 m/min) with automatic conveyor belt tracking.
Safety interlocking door switches, abrasive belt overtravel switches, belt break and thickness protection limit switches, infeed safety bar.
Machine has start delta motor starters for low starting current and dynamic DC pulse braking with provides near instant and maintenance free stopping of the heads.
The machine comes with an assortment of belts.
