37-1/2″ Dual head abrasive belt/brush deburring and finishing machine with 36.5″ maximum part width, 7-5/8″ Minimum Part length, 0 – 4.75″ Part thickness adjustment.
First Sanding Station: 8″ diameter rubber covered contact sanding roll 60 Durometer. Driven by 17.5 HP (13.2Kw) Abrasive belt 38 x 75. Pneumatic abrasive belt tensioning, Electronic abrasive belt tracking. An adjustable contact sanding roll is provided to allow for thin abrasive belts or ScotchBrite sanding belts.
Second Sanding Station 10″ diameter nonwoven abrasive brush (ScotchBrite) 14.75 HP (11Kw) Bi-directional control of the brush rotation. Power adjustment of the Abrasive brush
Conveyor feed: Variable speed conveyor drive, 5 to 35 FPM. 12″ roller infeed conveyor extension. Power raising and lowering of the conveyor bed
Equipped with a SIEMENS PLC control, and percentage of motor load meter for main motor.
Paper Media Filtration: Closed loop coolant system with paper media filter mounted underneath the Sander for a more compact footprint
Air Knife Dryer: Air knife dryer mounted on the outfeed of the Sander, equipped with (2) Air Knives, (3) sets of squeegee rolls, and an auto lubrication system.
